Announcing Launch at Resilience Conference | Resilience Conference Newsletter #4

28 June 2024

I’m thrilled to announce Launch at Resilience Conference, a premiere startup showcase. This program will feature six early stage startups operating in defence, security, and resilience.

I hosted TechCrunch’s Startup Battlefield and saw first hand the impact of an early stage startup pitch event. For startups, a proper pitch event gives the startup a broad audience of potential investors, customers and employees. For investors, it can dramatically increase their deal flow, revealing novel investment opportunities. And broadly speaking, an early stage pitch event reveals market trends, often showcasing the undiscovered technology.

Here’s how Launch works.

Selected participants will have six minutes to pitch on stage at Resilience Conference, marking either their public debut or a significant product launch. This is an exceptional opportunity for startups to connect with potential investors, industry leaders, and customers in a setting that highlights their contributions to the defence and security sector.

Launch startups will receive two tickets to Resilience Conference and will have an exclusive networking opportunity during lunch on the second day of the conference as well as being featured on ResilienceConference.io.

Startups will be chosen based on their innovative approach, potential impact on the industry, scalability of the technology, and the strength of their team. Applicants are encouraged to highlight any unique achievements, patents, or previous milestones that might distinguish their venture. This selection process ensures that only the most promising startups, capable of making significant contributions to the fields of resilience, have the opportunity to present their innovations to a global audience of investors, industry leaders, and potential partners.

Applications are due by July 24, 2024. Those selected to participate will be notified by August 2, 2024.
